Most likely a victim of a recent weather event, the wrecked boat at the mouth of Sand Fly Creek is awkwardly lodged in the mud among the mangroves and appears stationary. A massive steel sculpture of a mangrove frames the wreck and adds to its visual impact. During high tide, only the top corner of the boat is visible.
