Beyond Blue

Slade Point  MACKAY  QLD
Panoramic, Aspect 3:1
Captured with Digital Camera – Infrared 20 Second exposure

Infrared capture images produce interesting results, the quality of light is not important and the best time to photograph infrared is in the middle of a sunny day.  I love the effect that infrared has on trees making them appear that they are covered in snow when in reality the photo was taken in the middle of a 30 degree day.  Infrared images require longer exposures not allowing for sharp images where things are moving such as trees.
