One solitary tree stump stands alone about 100 meters from the shoreline. One can only imagine what this area would have looked like hundreds of years ago, surrounded by other trees and plants which may have extended out even further. This one dead tree is evidence of this and now that this tree is no longer standing so too is a bit of history of this area.
